A move-out clean is not the same as a regular maintenance clean. Every surface needs to be returned to a standard that the next tenant can move into — which means going deeper than routine service visits ever do.

Vacuuming and mopping across all hard floor surfaces. Carpet vacuuming and spot treatment. Floor scrubbing for high-traffic areas. Stripping and waxing or burnishing available for VCT tile floors on request.
Washroom Deep Clean
Full disinfection of all fixtures, descaling of toilets and faucets, grout scrubbing, mirror and glass cleaning, exhaust fan wipe-down, and wall cleaning. Washrooms are inspected to a higher standard by property managers than any other area.
Kitchen & Break Room
Full appliance interior and exterior cleaning (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven), cabinet interior and exterior degreasing, sink descaling, countertop disinfection, and floor mopping with degreaser.
Walls, Baseboards & Fixtures
Full wall wipe-down for scuff marks, fingerprints, and residue. Baseboard cleaning. Light switch and outlet cover cleaning. Spot cleaning of doors and door frames. Removal of minor adhesive or tape residue.
High Dusting & Vents
HVAC vent cover removal and cleaning, light fixture cleaning, ceiling corner cobweb removal, and tops of all cabinets and millwork. The areas nobody cleaned during the tenancy — which property managers always check.
Interior Glass & Windows
All interior glass surfaces, partition glass, mirrors, and window sills cleaned streak-free. Exterior window washing available as an add-on where accessible.
Reception & Common Areas
Full cleaning of all common areas, reception desk surfaces, waiting areas, and corridors. Any tenant-specific fixtures or features cleaned to handback condition.
