Post-construction cleaning is the last trade on site and the first one blamed when something is not right at walkthrough. A signed sheet is how you separate the two.
Rough clean, final clean and touch-up are priced and delivered separately. Recording them separately stops a rough clean being judged against final-clean expectations, which is the single most common post-construction dispute.
When a unit is turned over, the sign-off line is what shows the space was accepted in a given condition on a given date — before other trades, movers or occupants had access to it.
A deficiency column captures what was outstanding at sign-off — paint overspray, a scratched pane, adhesive residue — so it is logged at the time rather than reconstructed from memory weeks later.

The date, the cleaning phase (rough, final or touch-up), the unit or area, the scope completed, who performed the work, who accepted it, and any deficiencies outstanding at sign-off. This generator includes all of those columns, which is what lets one sheet serve a rough clean and a final clean without confusing the two.
A rough clean happens while trades are still working — debris removal, gross dust, sweeping and making the space safe and workable. A final clean happens after trades are out and is the detailed one: glass, fixtures, inside cabinetry, adhesive and label removal, floors finished to handover condition. They are different scopes at different prices, and recording them separately is what prevents a dispute at walkthrough.
Whoever is receiving the space on that date — usually the site superintendent, the project manager, or the property manager at turnover. The point is that a named person accepted the condition on a stated date, so later damage can be placed after that point rather than attributed to the clean.
